Yes. Once you have filled out our booking form, we have checked availability, and have emailed you back saying that your dates are available, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The 50% deposit is payable once we’ve confirmed your dates. The remaining balance is due no later than your check-in date.

For a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for first-time guests who book a stay of one week or more. Additionally, we provide a 10% discount for stays longer than four weeks to all.

Yes! Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning—Oliva Old Town has air conditioning units in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room, while Oliva Beach features central air conditioning throughout.

Yes, both apartments offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Yes, both apartments come with a washing machine and drying racks for your convenience.

The Oliva Old Town apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, while the Oliva Beach apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Keep in mind that the beach apartment feels coziest with up to 4 guests, but it’s possible to host 6.

Both apartments feature fully equipped kitchens. Oliva Old Town offers an induction hob, state-of-the-art oven with steamer, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. Oliva Beach includes an induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, and utensils. A dishwasher is also in each apartment for easy clean up.

Of course. It wouldn't be a vacation rental without them. No need to pack your own beach towels or shower towels. We have plenty of fresh beach and shower towels in the apartments for you to use.

The Oliva Old Town apartment is in the heart of the historic district, overlooking a charming traditional Spanish square. The Oliva Beach Getaway apartment is centrally located at Oliva beach, just a short walk from the sand and with views of the mountains. Due to data protection, the exact address will be given to you once your booking is confirmed.

Oliva Old Town is approx. 2 kilometers away from Oliva Beach. That said, the beaches of Oliva stretch 10 kilometers wide. So it depends on what part of the beach you want to visit.

Our Oliva Beach Getaway apartment is centrally located and all major attractions like restaurants are within walking distance.

Our Oliva Old Town apartment is also centrally located and you can reach everything in the old town by foot.

Getting to Oliva is best with a car. And getting to and from Old Town to the beach is also easier with a car. Yes, you can walk the 2 kilometers to the beach if you like but there's nothing better than driving away from the beach in your car with your sunglasses on, the windows down, and the breeze in your hair.

Both apartments are ideally located. In the Old Town, enjoy strolling through historic streets, visiting cafes, and exploring the local culture. The earliest Check-In is 3 p.m. Not sooner. We want to make your first moments walking into the apartment as clean, fresh, and impressive as possible.

To communicate to our cleaning team what has and has not been used, please leave all used beach towels, shower towels, and bath mats on the floor of the bathroom. Please leave all unused towels and bathmats where they are.

If you are feeling extra helpful, you are more than welcome to strip the beds and leave the used bed sheets on the floor and the duvet on the bed. It is not mandatory to do, but we do get asked by guests if they can do that for us. That's why we are writing it in here so you don't need to ask. Yes, you can do it if you wish. But it is not a must. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Both apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the terraces or balconies and ashtrays are provided. Please dispose of any cigarette butts properly.

We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, especially since both apartments are in residential areas.

No. Leaving the apartment with one ore more air conditioners on is strictly prohibited. It's also extremely rude to the environment. Turn all air conditioners off before leaving the apartment.

Yes and yes. Oliva is very safe. No need to worry about that.

The reason why there are so many locks is to actually keep everyone safe. For example, in the Old Town apartment there is a metal gate in front of the front door. The metal gate needs to be locked at all times to, yes, keep you safe, but also to keep the cars passing by safe as well. If you leave the metal gate unlocked and it swings open and hits a car, you are responsible for all damages.

So keep all locks locked for your and everyone else's safety.

The Oliva Old Town apartment does not have private parking. The Oliva Beach Getaway apartment does have private parking. For both rentals, free public parking is available near both properties. We can provide details on the best nearby parking options when you book.

It’s not necessary to have a car but it is recommended. Everything in Oliva Old Town is within walking distance. everything in Oliva Beach is within walking distance. But there's 2 kilometers in between Old Town and the Beach - plus the entire Oliva Beach is 10 kilometers long. Not to mention getting to Oliva. There's no public transportation, taxis, trains, or busses. The best and smartest option for getting to and from Oliva and everywhere in between is by renting a car.

Yes! Both apartments are family-friendly. Oliva Old Town is ideal for smaller families, while Oliva Beach can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, including children. If you need a high-chair in the apartment, just ask and it will be there on your arrival.
